We have a new podcast available, following on from our previous, seventh podcast titled ‘Anxiety through the holistic lens – no, it’s not just in your head! – today, this podcast looks at the causes of anxiety and offers five tips to deal with it effectively (with a nod to achieving regulation).
In this podcast we’re looking here at somatic experiencing, tension, mindfulness, dysregulation, cognitive issues like catastrophising, getting to know your nervous system (with regulatory tips), and addressing self care and boundary issues.
