This is a self hypnosis / meditation / focussed attention exercise which should help you gain some relaxation. It also introduces the concept of a control dial that controls bodily functions - so is useful for anyone that wants to gain more control of something like blushing, or situations relating to IBS, defecatory dysfunction, faecal incontinence, and incontinence or bladder control, that cause anxiety.
